There are four main types of Self-Care: Physical, Emotional, Spiritual and Social.
Physical self-care can include sleeping, stretching, exercising and healthy eating.
Emotional self-care includes stress management coping skills, journalism and therapy.
Spiritual self-care can include time alone, prayer, meditation and spending time in nature.
Social self-care includes setting healthy boundaries, spending time with your support system and Positive social media.
It is important, now more than ever, that we all spend time doing self-care Every day so we don't get burnt out.
